Hi, and welcome to my psoriasis site!

I have psoriasis vulgaris since may 2006. I may have had it longer, but in that month the psoriasis manifested itself suddenly and prominently. It took some time to come to terms with being afflicted with psoriaris. I am now able to accept it as part of myself. Since then, I have been experimenting with various cures and strategies to rid myself of 'pso'. This site is dedicated to registering the advances I made and the effectiveness of the approaches I pursued.

I started out following a recommended diet from a psoriasis-dedicated forum. Later on I tried many other things, from salt-baths to Zen meditation. Unfortunately, I have not been very scientific in my approach, in the sense that I am trying out many things at the same time. Nevertheless, I hope to be able to make some conclusions about what works and what doesn't.

I intend to update this site weekly. I sincerely hope that this work in progress inspires you in some way.
